3. To keep the blank answer sheets bundle received by the university in custody of Principal as per University rules.

4. To maintain the records of the examination, framed annual report of the examination committee and submit the same to the IQAC .

5. To refer cases of malpractice and unfair means in the examination  for necessary action.

6. To process the exam remuneration bills on time.

1. To responsible for inculcating Culture of Ragging Free Environment in the Campus. 

2. To involved in designing strategies and action plan for curbing the Menace of Ragging in the college by adopting array of activities.

4. To keep a vigil and stop the incidences of Ragging, if any, happening / reported in the places of Student aggregation including, Classrooms, Library, Play Grounds or in campus.
