How to apply for admission to the college

     A student seeking admission to the college must apply in the prescribed form obtainable on payment of Rs. 20/- before the last date announced by the College. After the last date no application shall be entertained. The presence of the applicant’s Father/Guardian along with the applicant is necessary at the time of admission of the student and he must sign the declaration and the undertaking given in the prescribed application form.
Reservation of seats as per the rules of Govt. of India and Govt. of Maharashtra.
1. Application on the prescribed from must be accompanied by one recent size pass-port size photograph with necessary documents.
2.The programme for admission for the current session shall be displayed on the notice board. Interview calls will not be sent.
3. Admissions are subject to the eligibility norms of the Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University, Nagpur.
4. No application will be considered unless it fulfills the following conditions
     a. It is properly and correctly filled and signed by the applicant & applicant’s father/ guardian.
     b. It is received by the college office on or before the last date prescribed.
     c. It is accompanied by copies of the following documents duly attested by a Gazetted Officer or an approved teacher of Nagpur  University.
        • School/College Leaving Certificate (TC)
        • Statement of marks of the last examination passed/failed.
        • Migration Certificate in case of a person who has passed the last examination from a Board other than Maharashtra State Board or a University other than RTM Nagpur University.
        • Cast Certificate
        • If gap in education, gap certificate compulsory.
        • Updated Aadhar Card
5. Students who pass the qualifying examination from any other Board/University and desire to seek admission should submit an eligibility certificate.
6. Applicants who have a break in education should submit a gap certificate in the form of a court afidavit stating the reason for the gap.
7. Applicants will be required to surrender the original copy of their School/College leaving certificate at the time of finalization of admission. Duplicate T.C. (Transfer Certificate) will not be entertained.
8. Admission will be provisional, subject to the approval of the University, and is liable to be cancelled at any time if the applicant has given false information, or university enrolment is not given to him/her.
9. All matters related to admission will be handled by the admission committee.
10. For B. A. Sem I, student enrollment of University is mandatory. Students should fill in the form within prescribed dates of the University, failing which they shall be responsible.
11. Environment Science subject is compulsory for B. A. Sem II .
12.The Principal may amend the admission rules at his discretion. The Principal’s decision in all matters related to admission shall be final.
After getting admission, it is mandatory for students to open an account on Digilocker and create an ABC ID and submit its print to the office.
